Ayush Jain is CEO & Founder at Mindbowser. He has 14+ years of experience building and scaling a healthcare-focused technology company, with deep expertise in healthcare technology strategy, entrepreneurship, and AI-first product development.
He founded Mindbowser in 2012 and grew it from a startup to a 150+ person company, while becoming a TEDx speaker, Forbes Technology Council member, and the author of The Zero Hiccup Way.
Ayush’s career did not begin as a CEO story. It began as an engineering story.
His foundation is a five-year engineering degree at ABV-IIITM from 2005 to 2010, where the discipline was not just learning to code, but learning to think in systems.
That foundation mattered more than the degree itself. It built an instinct for how complexity compounds, how architecture decisions echo across a product’s entire lifecycle, and how technical bets made early become constraints or advantages years later.
What he did with that instinct was unusual. Rather than joining an enterprise or climbing a corporate engineering ladder, he founded Mindbowser in 2012.
The bet was specific: healthcare technology, custom builds, and deep integration expertise. Not a generic services shop and not a product company chasing one big exit.
14 years later, the bet holds.
Along the way, he co-founded RemotePanda, joined the Board of Codegrip, completed the UC Berkeley Haas Executive Program, and wrote a book on bootstrapped entrepreneurship.
None of those were detours. Each one sharpened the same lens: how do you build organizations and products that actually function under pressure, in regulated markets, for buyers who cannot afford failure?
That is what Ayush brings to Mindbowser. When a healthcare organization is deciding whether to build something custom, Ayush has made that exact bet and lived with it for 14 years.
Engineer. Founder. Builder. 14+ years of building a healthcare technology company from first principles.
Ayush serves as CEO & Founder at Mindbowser, leading company strategy, growth, and vision.
He is also a Forbes Technology Council member and an active TEDx speaker on entrepreneurship and healthcare technology.
Ayush’s career spans company building, healthcare technology strategy, and founder-led growth, including:
• Engineering degree, ABV-IIITM, 2005 to 2010
• Founded Mindbowser in 2012
• Grew Mindbowser startup to a 150+ person healthcare technology company
• Co-founded RemotePanda in 2018, a remote work platform
• Board Member at Codegrip from 2019, a code quality and security platform
UC Berkeley Haas Executive Program, 2022 to 2023
• Forbes Technology Council member Author of The Zero Hiccup Way
TEDx speaker
Ayush’s foundation is in engineering, with five years at ABV-IIITM building the technical depth that most founders try to shortcut.
That background is why Mindbowser’s positioning has always been grounded in actual technical capability: FHIR integrations, EHR connectivity, and custom builds.
He did not inherit a technology thesis from a consulting firm or a VC narrative. He built it from what he knew how to deliver.
The founding decision in 2012 was not a pivot away from engineering. It was an extension of it: from building products to building the organization that builds products.
That reframe, from maker to system architect, is the arc behind everything Mindbowser has become.
