How soon can we start?

Since under the BOT model, we would be hiring on your behalf, and people will be reporting directly to you, usually, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a person to get started.

What is your standard work Process?

What is required of us to get started?

It would primarily help if you are clear with your specification and the particular skill set you are looking for. Granularity helps us identify the best match.

How do we assess the candidate?

Once we have your requirements, our operations team will provide you with shortlisted candidate resumes and set up for interviews or trial tasks or both.

How does billing happen?

Billing would be monthly. At the end of every month, we will be raising the invoice, and you may need to clear it within 7days.

How would the communication cadence work?

You will be working with the developers directly. We use communication tools like Slack or Jira or any tool that your team is comfortable to use. We do daily standups where you can address your team and tasks.

We use Jira and Github, but we are open to using any tools according to your comfort.

What happens if we do not wish to transfer the employees to our payroll at the end of contract?

At the end of your contract period, if you do not wish to transfer the employee on your payroll, you can continue with the contract as is and developers would remain the part of Mindbowser team on the plug and play basis until your team is ready to build their own team.

What are the primary advantages of BOT over the conventional team augmentation model?

Is the candidate pool separated for the BOT team?

Yes, for BOT, we hire for you. For contractual teams, we provide from among our own employees.

Is there a major difference in strength or experience between BOT and conventional team augmentation?

No, there is no difference in the strength or experience overall. The only difference is that people engaged under the BOT model know that they would eventually move to be part of your company. Also, contractual teams can start the work right away while the BOT team will take upto 6 weeks to get started as people would need to get hired.
