Healthcare Business Head at Mindbowser.

Lysander Cuevas Jr. is Healthcare Business Head at Mindbowser. A US Army veteran and former EOD technician, he has spent 5+ years running full sales cycles and opening green markets in healthcare SaaS, telecom, and AI. He launched the Dallas-Fort Worth market for Tebra from zero, onboarded providers and built partnerships at HelloKlarity (YC), and sold AI solutions into hospital systems at Sully.ai (YC). He represents Mindbowser at major healthcare events, including HIMSS, and brings a field-tested, quota-driven lens to every business conversation.
Lysander started in the US Army as an EOD technician. Defusing bombs teaches you to stay calm under pressure, read a situation fast, and understand that the wrong move is not an option. That is not a metaphor. He carried it out of the military and into some of the most competitive SaaS verticals out there.
His first territories were green. No pipeline, no playbook, no one to follow. At Tebra he launched the Dallas-Fort Worth market from zero and closed some of the region’s largest provider groups. At HelloKlarity, a Y Combinator telehealth company, he onboarded providers and built channel partnerships with AANP and Headway. At Sully.ai, another Y Combinator company, he sold AI solutions into hospital systems and gained enterprise healthcare sales experience. Earlier at Starry Internet, backed by FirstMark, Fidelity, KKR, and IAC, he helped expand into new markets nationwide.
The thread through all of it: he runs his own demos, builds real relationships, and finds the problem before the prospect even names it. Channel partnerships with Henry Schein, First Citizens Bank, and other healthcare networks came out of that same approach.
That is what he brings to Mindbowser. When a healthcare organization is trying to figure out whether a custom product, an interoperability build, or an AI workflow is actually worth the investment, Lysander is the person who can break it down in terms a buyer trusts, not terms that come from a slide deck.
US Army veteran. EOD technician turned sales operator. Green territories, enterprise deals, healthcare AI.
Healthcare Business Head at Mindbowser.
EOD Technician, US Army: military service and pressure-tested discipline. Business Development, Starry Internet: nationwide new market expansion. Account Executive, Tebra: launched Dallas-Fort Worth from zero. Account Executive, HelloKlarity (YC): telehealth provider onboarding and channel partnerships. Account Executive, Sully.ai (YC): enterprise AI sales into hospital systems.
Lysander started in the US Army as an EOD technician, where defusing explosive ordnance under pressure was the job and the wrong move was not an option. He carried that discipline into sales and never looked back. His first territories were green, no pipeline, no playbook, just the work, and he built them anyway, from a DFW market launch at Tebra to provider onboarding at HelloKlarity to enterprise AI deals at Sully.ai. Every close started with a real buyer who needed someone to break the technology down in terms they could trust, not terms from a slide deck.
