Studies now launch twice as fast and at roughly one-third the cost of traditional methods, and the platform has been adopted by multiple Fortune 100 organizations across pharma, tech, and academic research.
We migrated the platform's backend infrastructure from AWS to Google Cloud Platform, which enabled HIPAA and CFR Part 11 compliance at a lower operating cost than the previous setup.
Fast-forward study controls let researchers move active studies along at their own pace, and integrated shipping and fulfillment automated home delivery of study materials to participants.
Telemedicine and appointment scheduling let physicians run consultations directly through the platform, while integrations with Withings, Fitbit, Dexcom, and Oura automated study data collection from participants' own devices.
We integrated MetaBase for customer-facing reporting, giving researchers direct access to deeper analytics on their study data without going through our team.
