Our client, a visionary leader in the childcare industry, sought to modernize and simplify the daily operations of daycare centers and after-school programs. Their goal was to create a unified platform that could streamline everything from child enrollment and attendance tracking to staff management and parent communication.
We developed a top-down user hierarchy with defined roles for super admins, center administrators, teachers, and parents.
Using Firebase Cloud Messaging, we implemented a chat feature, enabling seamless communication between parents, teachers, and administrators.
Integrated Stripe Connected Accounts to handle daycare subscriptions and parent involvement.
Incorporated calendar which scheduled events, food programs, and lesson plans, which parents can access through the mobile app.
