A digital health platform delivering personalized lab and test recommendations needed an interface that worked for four very different users at once. Mindbowser rebuilt the information architecture around each role, backed it with 50+ wireframes, and validated it through four rounds of user testing before it shipped.

Improvement in usability metrics through iterative prototype testing and refinement
Wireframes and design deliverables shipped across four sprint cycles
Distinct, role-specific navigation experiences built on one underlying system
The platform's complex interface made it hard for healthcare providers to navigate and use the system efficiently, and that friction sat directly on top of a clinical function: getting accurate, personalized test recommendations in front of the right person quickly.
Super Admin, Hospital Admin, Individual Practitioner, and Invited Practitioner each needed a different view, and the interface didn't distinguish between them.
Getting the clinical logic right wasn't enough on its own. The guidelines had to work for a diverse set of healthcare professionals, not just pass a technical review.
A system that buries correct logic behind confusing navigation still fails the provider trying to use it during a real patient interaction.
Design and testing tools used to take the system from wireframe to validated prototype.
Instead of one generic interface, the system was redesigned around four distinct roles, each with the controls and views relevant to how they actually use the platform.
More than 50 wireframes were built across every screen in the system, serving as the visual blueprint for layout, in-app flow, and key features before UI design started. Wireframing first meant structural navigation problems got caught and fixed before visual design decisions locked them in.
Improved data visualization, charts, and graphs replaced walls of text for personalized test recommendations, and gave admins a clearer read on system health.
Providers and hospital admins could build or upload their own test guidelines without engineering involvement, and the prototype went through four cycles of real user testing before anything shipped.
