Law firms subscribe so their employees can see certified therapists who specialize in the pressures of legal work. We rebuilt therapist selection, session scheduling, live sessions, and therapist tooling so users stop working around the product to get care.

Built over six months. Live in production.
Seven capabilities went live across onboarding, scheduling, live sessions, and clinical tooling.
The original design assumed users would commit to one therapist on day one and stay there. Legal professionals don't work that way, and neither do most people looking for care.
Users had to designate a primary therapist before they could book a single session. Legal professionals, thorough and risk-averse by training, would not commit to a therapist they had not evaluated. So they didn't start.
Once a primary was assigned, the platform blocked sessions with anyone else. Trying a second therapist meant removing the current primary first.
The calendar had no Zoom integration. Joining a session meant leaving the platform, finding the link in a separate calendar or email, and rebuilding context from there.
Scheduling was manual. There were no reminders, and no structured way to track progress, share treatment resources, or communicate securely between sessions.
Zoom API for live sessions, end-to-end encrypted real-time chat, calendar integration with time-zone sync, and a patient management system on a web platform.
We removed the mandatory primary therapist gate. New users can browse profiles, read specializations, and compare therapeutic approaches before booking anything. For a population that is risk-averse by training, forcing commitment before trust is built loses them at onboarding.
With the selection gate gone, we rebuilt session management to match. Adding or switching a therapist no longer runs through a side door.
The platform calendar now integrates with Zoom for live sessions, workshops, and webinars. Each session record shows its purpose, the therapist leading it, associated resources, and an embedded Zoom link.
We built the patient management system the original platform lacked: therapist-controlled scheduling, reminders, secure communication, and a longitudinal progress record that gives therapists context before each session.
