Manisha did not fall into healthcare marketing. She chose it.
Her foundation was built across some of the most demanding B2B SaaS environments in India’s enterprise technology landscape: Icertis, Tavisca / cxLoyalty Tech, and Synechron.
Those environments are not forgiving. Long sales cycles, enterprise procurement, compliance-conscious buyers, and audiences that do not respond to generic marketing. That is where she learned to build marketing that earns its way into the conversation.
From there, she moved to VP Global Marketing at Signzy in 2021, a fintech identity verification company, before stepping into a Fractional CMO role in 2022 and then joining Mindbowser as CMO in March 2023.
At Mindbowser, she owns the full marketing function: brand positioning, content strategy, demand generation, and the cluster intelligence system that underpins how the team plans and executes content across healthcare technology verticals.
She also built and hosts the Women in Healthcare Leadership podcast, which puts her in direct conversation with healthcare leaders, operators, founders, and decision-makers.
