Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, we do. Our developers too are covered under NDAs and confidentiality clauses.

Can we get started in the next 24 hrs?

Yes, that is possible. That being said, we of course would require a proper plan and structure before we start. The sooner we can get through the nitty-gritty and KPIs for the engagement, the sooner we can get started.

What is your standard work process?

We work with you to define the skills and talent pool needed to build a world-class team of experts for deployment. Any specification goes through a series of steps:- 1. Requirements/Needs Discovery; 2. Interview & Developer selection; 3. Setting up of Environment and Development Plan; 4. Kicking Off Work; 5. Monthly Reporting & Feedback;

Who will be my point of contact throughout the project?

We provide you a technical project manager based out of the US or India to work directly alongside you. During the initial plan our CTO, VP of Engineering and CEO are involved too. Once the project journey is planned, the project manager is your main point of contact with a well-established escalation procedure.

What is required of me?

It would primarily help if you are clear with your specification and the particular skill set you are looking for. Granularity helps us identify the best match.

Will the same team member(s) stay over the long term?

At Mindbowser, our employee turnover rate is pretty low compared to the market. With a stable team, you can expect to have the same developer working with you for a long time.

How to assess the candidates?

Once we have your requirements, our operations team will provide you with shortlisted candidate resumes and set up for interviews or trial tasks, or both.

How does billing happen?

Billing would be monthly. At the end of every month, we will be raising the invoice, and you may need to clear it within 7 days.

How would the communication cadence work?

You will be working with the developers directly. We use communication tools like Slack or Jira or any tool that your team is comfortable to use. We do daily standups where you can address your team and tasks.

What tools do you use for code management?

We use Jira and Github, but we are open to using any tools according to your comfort. Code is reviewed through codegrip.tech

What kind of performance guarantee is in place?

We have a stringent hiring process, hiring the top 1% candidates ourselves. You can also take quick interviews and tests to understand the developer’s capabilities. If you find any issue once the work has started, you can escalate within the team. We will look into it and fix the problem asap. If the problem persists, then you can ask for a replacement as well. You also have an option of 7-day trials before you take the call.
